TSWE Adult Education presents an all-female klezmer group, performing outside in our parking area. The quartet, known as the Isle of Klezbos, has toured from Vienna to Vancouver and has been performing since 1998. Eve Sicular, drummer and band leader leads the group that has been acclaimed for its innovative approach to Jewish music. They’ve been called a  “supergroup” by Jewish Week and “cutting edge klezmer” by NY Magazine. Past appearances have included the JCC of Manhattan, the NY Actor’s Temple, the Jewish Heritage Museum of Monmouth County and Off Off Broadway. Join us as we listen to traditional klezmer and swing music.
