Sisterhood

Sisterhood is an affiliate organization of Temple Sholom and a member of Women of Reform Judaism. We are dedicated to upholding and furthering Jewish tradition. Our women’s group plans and participates in educational and social programs, as well as important fundraisers.
 
These include:
  • Judaica Shop, which offers an array of gift and Judaic items for all occasions
  • Provision of refreshments weekly for the Oneg following Erev Shabbat services
  • Managing the sale of tribute leaves on the Tree of Life
  • Rosh Hashanah Honey sale
  • Hosting a Women’s Shabbat
  • Planning exciting programs of special interest to women of today
  • Participating in social action projects
Sisterhood provides an outlet for the creative energy, talent and leadership of its members.  The money we earn supports various Temple and community activities.
