A Gala Afternoon of Classical Music
Sunday, March 26 @ 2:30 pm TSWE will host a celebratory potpourri of thrilling virtuoso showpieces, opera arias and scenes and chamber music performed by a roster of world-renowned musicians. The program includes such well-known favorites as Saint-Saens’ Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso for violin, the letter scene from Mozart’s Marriage of Figaro, some Liszt piano “potboilers” and Dvorak’s beloved “Dumky” trio, inspired by Czech folk melodies and dance rhythms.
Featuring Cantor Emeritus, Betsey Peters Epstein & her husband Dan Epstein, pianist; Ben Larsen, cellist; Xiao Want, violinist, and our own Cantor Stephanie Kupfer.
